Los Angeles, May 11 (TIWN) One policeman was killed and another was injured in a shooting incident in California's San Luis Obispo city, authorities have confirmed.

Official details on precisely what happened are still scarce, but the city is planning a news conference for noon today.  City officials have only confirmed that the as-yet-unamed officers were serving a search warrant on an individual at an apartment complex off Margarita Avenue in San Luis Obispo for an unspecified reason shortly after 5 p.m.
