San Francisco, Sep 25 (TIWN) California Governor Gavin Newsom has announced a ban against the sale of new gasoline-powered passenger vehicles in the most populous US state by 2035, aggressively moving further away from its reliance on climate change-causing fossil fuels.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed an order Wednesday that aims to end the sale of new gasoline and diesel-powered passenger cars in the state by 2035.
