AGARTALA, Jan 12 (TIWN): With a breaking note it has been informed by speaker that MLA Ratan Lal Nath was terminated from his MLA post today.
In a press meet Speaker Ramendra Ch. Debnath told media about this with details about Ratan Lal Nath and Birjit Sinha's statements.
In time of Sudip Barman and 5 more MLAs, even though Birjit Sinha tried to terminate them he but couldn't as after their departures from Congress, the party was carrying still one-third MLAs among 10 MLAs.
But Ratan Lal Nath's joining was found against constitution after Congress's one third support was also gone and only 2 MLAs left after Ratan Lal Nath's BJP joining.
But it would not bring any affect to BJP as no more Assembly will be held and there are hardly 1 month left for election.
