Political jealousies continue : BJP's flags, festoons damaged ahead of Amit Shah's arrival

AGARTALA, Jan 6 (TIWN): Ahead of Amit Shah's arrival, BJP's flags, festoons were damaged at Gorkhabosti and various other places of the City.

With this resentments have brewed among the BJP activists here. Last time also ahead of Shah's arrival similar attacks were done.

Ahead of BJP National President Amit Shah's arrival on tommorrow Tripura BJP are now busy in campaigning across the state. In this condition, such an incident has triggered anger among BJPs.

Amit Shah is visiting the state by tomorrow.  On the background his visit, Shah said, "BJP's massive winnings have allowed 19 Indian states to be ruled by the party. In the coming days also we will be focusing with 4 states. The four states are Tripura, Meghalaya, Mizroram, Karnataka. We are confident that BJP's target in next 4 states will be ended with massive victories".

Amit Shah is an Indian politician and currently Rajya Sabha MP from Gujarat and the current President of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Shah was elected as an MLA from Sarkhej in four consecutive elections: 1997, 1998, 2002 and 2007.
