AGARTALA, Jan 5 (TIWN): Himanta Biswa led State BJP’s covert support on Tipraland issue clearly visible as Sunil Deodhar, Himanta Biswa arranged separatist Tipraland State Party leaders meeting with PM Narendra Modi on Thursday at New Delhi.

Helping these separatist forces to divide Tripura will certainly alienate majority Bengali vote banks towards CPI-M in upcoming State Assembly Election.

Ignoring majority sentiments, one after another immature political steps like this likely to scare majority vote banks.

Tripura voted CPI-M for last 25 years for the sole reason of maintaining Law & Order, communal harmony after rampant deterioration of Law & Order, massive killings, rapes during 1989-1993 Era Congress-TUJS coalition Govt under Sudhir Majumdar, Samir Ranjan Barman.

BJP leadership needs to understand the complex balance of diffrent ethnicities rather than playing immature politics to benefit CPI-M.
