AGARTALA, Dec 26 (TIWN): Tripura Govt's Recruitment corruption initiated cases against 10323 teachers jobs in 2010 and since it has kept the teachers under heavy tension fueled by political games especially by the CPI-M Govt's 'Pashe Achi' slogan.
Tripura's 10323 teachers yet to lose 'hopes' as on Tuesday at Hindi High Secondary School, the teachers have sat in a meeting once again to discuss how to save their jobs.
Talking to media the teachers said, "We are now undecided what to do and thus the meeting was conducted here. As 6 months of extension has not given us relieves so we are discussing how to secure our jobs".
The CPI-M Govt continued to sustain the teachers about their secured futures. In 2014 when High Court with terminations of 10323 teachers jobs, asked the state govt to 'save their jobs by providing the deprived youths jobs too', but the State Govt's arrogance stretched the issue at Supreme Court and finally lost again on March 29, 2017.
After that State Govt appealed at SC for revision of the judgment and again the state govt lost the case, but SC asked Tripura Govt if it wants 10323 teachers can be appointed on ad hoc basis to diminish teachers crisis, but just maximum for 6 months. SC also said that 'no further appeal in this regard will be accepted'.
Now, the teachers left undecided what to do after they continued a 7 years long tension since 2010.
