AGARTALA, Dec 24 (TIWN): CPI-M Spokesperson Gautam Das has alleged that due to Modi Govt at Centre, CPI-M Govt is undergoing hard situation and facing tight-funding. The CPI-M leader also accused Central Govt for less fund releasing for Tripura in comparison with other states. Even though Tripura failed to develop industrialization under CPI-M Govt but Gautam Das said today that amidst central deprivation, we have shown how to develop a state and Tripura is a model of development.

 Amidst various allegations against ruling CPI-M for the party's involvement in corruptions, scams; the CPI-M leader, who himself is Rose Valley chit fund tainted said, "Public's supports have increased in last 5 years as CPI-M has shown a model technique of development". 

However, after PM Modi came in power, the funding system was altered in the sense that without utilization-certificate, the new funds even though are  reserved but do not get  sanctioned, which has allegedly hit Tripura CPI-M’s cash-banks.

 Amidst thousands of corruption allegations against ruling CPI-M, on Saturday CPI-M leader Gautam Das said that the ‘Lal Jhanda’ will be totally secured this time too and CPI-M will be able to make its 8th Govt in Tripura.

“People’s supports have been tremendously increased in last 5 years as after Modi Govt came at Centre people understood that only CPI-M has cited example of development and shown how to develop a state amidst tough situations”, said Das.

Amidst the unemployment crisis problems, which has hit Tripura by top-listing the state 1st among all states, the CPI-M leader has accused the BJP led Central Govt for forgetting its given promises to the unemployed youths. 

Noteworthy, the much talked NITI Ayaog which was established by the Narendra Modi government to replace the Planning Commission on 1 January 2015. The difference between planning commission and NITI Aayog is that NITI Aayog has a "control commission", which is to scan the working progress of NITI Ayog funded schemes. However, the main factor under planning commission was it never checked the previous years records and whatever was asked by the state the centre used to give.

 On January 1, 2015 a Cabinet resolution was passed to replace the Planning Commission with the newly formed NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India). The first meeting of NITI Aayog was chaired by Narendra Modi on February 8, 2015.But this NITI Ayog dashboard is upsetting CPI-M in Tripura since its establishment. 

Apart from this, amidst allegation that centre is not funding Tripura, it was exposed that the MGNREGA funds for Tripura came on 10/4/2017, 13/ 9/ 2017, 18/ 10/ 2017, 18/ 10/ 2017 10/4/17 as per the utilization certificates were provided by the state govt. Moreover, talking about mandays, MGNREGA central deprivation are debates without logic.
