AGARTALA, Nov 3 (TIWN): West Bengal BJP Mohila Morcha President Locket Chatterjee has brought serious allegation against Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, saying, 'Manik Sarkar changes his dresses at least 2 - 3 times per day, when outside he claims he is the poorest Chief Minister'. 'In the upper layer, Manik Sarkar claims to be a poor people's govt but his reality is just opposite. The person who changes attire 2 / 3 times a day claims as the chief minister of a poor state, where women are unable buy clothes due to poverty ? PM Modi is actual poor people's govt. Various schemes, projects were launched by Modi aiming to reduce poverty. But what Manik Sarkar has done except burdening state with 7. 5 lakhs unemployed youths ?"
"Tripura is so beautifully designed by nature. Tourism could be developed to boost economy of the State. Tourism could give people livelihood. It could generate employment, but for tourism, Tripura CPI-M has done Nothing. In Tripura women never get justice, all cases have been dumped under files. Both in West Bengal and Tripura Govts have become too mad due to power", said Chatterjee.
The BJP leader further criticized MP Jharna Das Baidya for her vulnerable speech recently delivered at Krobook, where she warned to kill opposition party activists.
"In 2018 anyhow, Govt will be changed in Tripura. After BJP comes in power all dumped cases will be opened and all will get justice", said Chatterjee.
Chatterjee also asked Tripura women to take arms in hands for their safety as 'Law & Order' in state has been periled here.
Locket Chatterjee was addressing at Udaipur, KBI School ground amidst 3000 women-morcha members attendance.
