Their demands are : 1. Those who are going to be terminated on 31st December, state govt should immediately manage alternative jobs for them, 2. The new jobs which will provided must recognize the previous experience of the teachers and recruit them with full benefits, 4. The family members who died among 10323 they must be helped financially by the state govt, 5. The teachers who took loans from banks after the Supreme Court's verdict, their loans should be recovered by the state govt, 6. State Govt should give a press release against the badmouthing about 10323 teachers and their insults by mob regarding their qualification, 7. The overaged teachers also must be taken under consideration fully.

However, on October 26,  the 10323 teachers said they do not want 12000 jobs, but they want their teachers jobs to get back. Addressing media the terminated teachers on that day said, "We will not disclose anything but we are trying to find out is there any way to get back our jobs".
