AGARTALA, Nov 25 (TIWN): Chief Minister Manik Sarkar mastered the art of mocking Indian Judicial system as CM entrusted the investigation of Journalist Sudip Datta Bhaumik murder to such a tainted officer Arindam Nath that whose name tops in national IPS defaulter list for not filing mandatory property returns since 2012. Tripura's 'GIFTED' nominated IPS,IAS officials, TCS,TPS bootlickers are
given enough 'dough' to chew so that extra money keeps Manik's close coterie seasoned as CPI-M's extended family. Manik Sarkar led Tripura CPI-M's organized killings spree began before Feb'2018 Assembly Election. Mystery surrounding the Cold Blooded murder of senior jornalist Sudip Datta Bhowmik, a veteran journalist of Syandan Patrika and News Vangard news channel. Needless to say, planned exceution in Bollywood movie style inside Commandant Tapan Debbarma's TSR 2nd Btn office exposed the hollow functioning of Tripura Police which has turned into Manik Sarkar's licensed killers.

The police administration's proactive attitude to hide facts under Chief Minister Manik Sarkar's trusted police officer DIG Arindam Nath is also to be noted as right from the beginning Team Arindam is doing everything to save Commandant Tapan Debbarma and to present Nanduram Reang as the culprit in Sudip's murder.

It has been alleged that Tapan Debbarma himself called journalist Sudip to go to the HQ of 2nd BN TSR at R K Nagar and meticulously killed Sudip as per blue print made earlier in association with CPI-M higher-ups .

A highly placed official sources in the Tripura police informed this correspondent over phone on Tuesday night that during the last few days Tapan Debbarma was furious against Sudip as Tapan suspected that it was Sudip who covered the recently published corruption news involving Tapan in Syandan Patrika . And to take Sudip into confidence several attempts were made from Tapan's aides but all were futile .

Being worried with his career, Manik Sarkar's trusted Police official Tapan Debbarma made the blue print of Sudip's murder  in such a way that actual blame of shooting Sudip Datta Bhaumik fell on TSR jawan Nandu Reang . 

According to TIWN sources slain journalist Sudip Datta Bhowmik had enough evidence against Tapan Debbarma regarding the later's involvement in massive corruption . Always a favoured police official of CPI-M party especially the so called honest(?) CM Manik Sarkar , TSR 2BN Commandant Tapan Debbarma is alleged to have gifted a tender to a person under the instruction of a top level leader of Melarmath . Somehow  Sudip had collected all the evidences of Tapan Debbarma's involvement in this corruption and series of reports were publihed against Tapan in a news paper . 

A highly placed sources in Tripura police also revealed that Tapan is blessed with the patronages of some top officials of Tripura Police and he is often seen to share late night parties with these officials . Even when Tapan was the Addl SP of Gomati district he was known to be an arrogant official having rude attitude . But his intemacy with CPI-M party and the blessings of senior police officials were enough to place his name even for the IPS (nominated ) . 

After the murder of Sudip following questions are being raised from all corners: -

1) Will CM Manik,being the Home Minister , will order for Sudip's mobile call list and make it public ?

2) Will Manik appeal to CBI to investigate in this murder case as the incident occured in a most secured zone of TSR 2BN HQ and that too when the victim was being asked to go there by the Commandant himself ?

3) How can an unarmed journalist get involved in tussle with a senior official and that too within the premises of TSR HQ ?

4) Who had stolen the mobile phone of Sudip Datta Bhowmik ?

5) Is the story of missing of Sudip's mobile phone too is a beautifully plotted drama by Tapan & Co ?

6) Who gave instruction to Nanduram Reang to fire on Sudip ?

7) How can the trained person fire in upper abdomen ? 

8) Who led Tapan to go into hiding ?

Interestingly , unlike Shantanu episode CM Manik Sarkar expressed his condolence in Sudip's muder through press release . And this condolence is said to be an attempt to keep the confidence of a section of media person at Agartala who are popularly known as Manik's boot licker group and fool the general public . 

After Journalist Santanu Bhowmik's brutal murder, Manik Sarkar led CPI-M orchestrated murder of another Senior Journalist Sudip Datta Bhowmik to hide State sponsored corruptions before public as Assembly Elections knowkcing door. 

Other than Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy and Union Home Ministry's strong actions - no one can save Tripura CPI-M's critics from planned butcherings mostly executed by Manik's hechmans like Commandant Tapan Debbarma.

TIWN calls for President's Rule in Tripura at this juncture as Manik Sarkar's murder machinery planning to spike up killings in coming days unless Union Home Ministry clamps down on these State sponsored blood thirsty Communists. Arresting India's most tainted Chief Minister and destroying CPI-M's corruption machinery only can stop further killings.
