AGARTALA, Nov 21 (TIWN): Along with whole media world, we, the whole team working for Tripura Infoway, are shocked over the brutal murder of our colleague Sudip Datta Bhaumik, who has been a veteran journalist representing the state. We, condemn the brutal murder of the brave hearted senior journalist.

This is also a shame for the state, which is becoming day by day popular in journalists murders throughout the national media.

Bhaumik had a media background and descended from renowned newspaper ‘Dainik Sambad’ family, was passionate about news and exposing corruptions of govt officials.

Today Bhaumik was called by TSR 2nd Bn and shot dead at there (in Bodhjung Nagar). 

Bhaumik was writing and telecasting various corruption related news since years. The veteran journalist has recently published some write-ups exposing police’s loopholes.
