AGARTALA, Nov 21 (TIWN): The climate of Tripura captively resigns to be in favor of teachers from a period of time and the current circumstances also transparently conspiring against the suspicious legal backdrops for future teachers also.

According to the guidelines initiated by National council of teachers education all the professional teaching courses should be allotted and manifested in regular mode. The university or training institutions are also directed conduct a minimum of 150 days council and 30 days practice teaching each year during the course but unfortunately a huge fraction of opportunistic institution creating a procrastinating situations for trainees under their umbrella.

The norms and conditions directed by NCTE and historical verdict of supreme court enlighten a new hope among the unemployed  youth carrying well graded certificates as well as a fraction of private sector employs having the same , following which private colleges are receiving an ample number of student strength just to fullfil the professional propaganda needed for a teaching job.

The advantage of this situation is been taken by  a number of universities offering attractive offers where they assert that the students did not have to attend regular classes but they will be given regular attendance due to which the fraction of people who are indulged in private sector jobs can continue their jobs  but it apparently disclosing another legal mismanagement which may strike in near future.

Few months earlier in a verdict of supreme court , SC cancels all the LLB courses persuaded in correspondence or without taking study leave for the course period. In near future such D.el.Ed and B.Ed holders also could face legal verdicts like this.

The in service private school teachers who are going through special training conducted by NIOS portal are also in a state of uncertainty about their future prospectus so it is probable that in future much more legal assimilation could be seen in future.
