As a part of protest BJP had gheraoed Durga Chowmuhani outpost demanding arrest of  Jhumu Sarkar and his brother.

Addressing the media, the agitators said that on yesterday night bringing false allegations against the BJP activist Jhumu Sarkar and his brother had attacked him. Along with Jhumu, his brother was also involved in it.

They had beaten the opposition activist, assaulted him.

Protesting against the incident, BJP had gheraoed the PS for hours.
