BISHALGARH, Nov 11 (TIWN): MP Saroj Pandey on Saturday has visited Bishalgarh subdivision, where the recent violence took place.

Total 3 MPs came as parts of parliamentary team’s visit to represent Tripura’s reality under CPI-M Govt in Lok Sabha. The MPs came in the morning and are taking details about violence-related incidents fueled by ruling CPI-M in Tripura, just as the party is doing now at Kerala.

Whereas at GB hospital MP Meenakshi Lekhi has met the victims immediately after her arrival at Agatala, MP Saroj Pandey rushed to the spot of actual violence.

Both the leaders have hit the left party sponsored pre-poll violence in Tripura.

MP Saroj Pandey also has visited Udaipur Mata Tripura Sundari Temple on Saturday. The MP along with state BJP delegates offered prayers to Mata Tripura Sundari in the evening, after he came from Bishalgarh, where 48 hrs ago people witnessed mass violence led by CPI-M, injured many BJP activists.

During Pandey’s visit at Matabari, BJP leader Pratima Bhowmik was also present.

Saroj Pandey is a politician and a member of Bharatiya Janata Party. She was elected to the 15th Lok Sabha from Durg. In 2008, she was appointed as the national president of BJP Mahila Morcha.She has also held party positions at state level.
