AGARTALA, Nov 6 (TIWN): One 2 day's old baby has been recovered from a drain at Agartala on Monday.

The newborn baby was left in a drain at Radhanagar. At 3.30 PM the infant was seen by a local in pathetic condition and then public recovered it and informed police.

Immediately, the baby was hospitalized, but its condition has been said as serious, under special treatment at IGM hospital.

This incident has generated mass resentment among the local people at there. Police is trying to findout the parents of the baby.
