AGARTALA, Nov 3 (TIWN): The All India Women's Conference held a colourful rally at Agartala on Friday.

The rally was conducted following a press conference at the Press Club as a part of celebrating 90 years of foundation.

The Northeast zone of the All India Women's Conference organized the rally representing the state of Northeast India.

The All India Women's Conference is a non-governmetal organisation based in Delhi. It was founded in 1927 by Margaret Cousins, "as an organisation dedicated to upliftment and betterment of women and children".
