AGARTALA, Nov 2 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar even though issued a press release without any liability of any official's signature where he denied 10 allegations, among which Rose Valley taking the topmost position, but the Press release clearly proves that how the mastermind Manik Sarkar had fooled the CBI with wrong figures about Rose Valley's amounts time to time. The Press release itself says that atleast Rs. 35 crores were looted by Rose Valley company, but it had come long back before the public that Tripura Govt attached a figure of merely 15,400 rupees only looted by Rose Valley while Govt was sending the report for CBI investigation.

Finally, after 6 - 7 years when CBI came in Tripura and started investigation with Chief leaders of CPI-M as Goutam Das a chronological looting of Rose Valley property was disclosed by "Unknown Thieves". TIWN exclusively took those pictures of Tuesday night, when Police was going with the skeleton like computers, where UPS, CPU nothing could be found.

As per the State Govt's declaration about Rose Valley scam: "The State Government gave consent for CBI investigation against 37 Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) [27 case in first lot vide Notification dated 12.05.2013 and 10 cases in second lot vide Notification dated 27.05.2013]. The DoPT, Government of India, vide Notification dated 23.08.2013,took up investigation by CBI in respect of 05 cases out of 27 cases sent in the first lot. The rest 32 cases were not taken up for investigation by CBI. Chief Minister, Tripura requested to the Prime Minister of India for investigation of the remaining 32 cases by CBI vide letter dated 03.01.2014. In response, Minister of State, Prime Minister’s 2 Office, Govt. of India vide letter dated 10.05.2014 informed that the quantum of money involved in these 32 cases was small and therefore, the cases were not feasible such investigation".

Reality of CBI's denial to investigate Tripura Rose Valley : On 2013, 12th May Chit fund reports were sent to CBI. Among all the cases, 3 were Rose Valley cases with the Case No. under West PS 140/2013 the amount was shown as Rs. 5,400/-, whereas in the Case No.  141 /2013 the whole amount was shown as only Rs. 10,000/- whereas in Case No. 132/ 2013 “No amount” was sent. Thus in total the amount came with only 15,400/- which CBI said “it’s too minimum to come under CBI”.

Minister Bijita Nath is the chief accused among the ruling Govt for her active involvement in Rose Valley chit fund scam, who not only allegedly took bribe from the company but also was an agent of it.

Most surprising ongoing matter is that even though Ashok Saha was arrested but his wife and his son is living with A-Grade living condition. Also Ashok Saha's son is studying in Holy Cross School, even though after Ashok Saha nobody was there to fund the family.

Whereas after Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had prohibited the sale of real estates by Rose Valley in January 2011 and all the State governments had to followed the suit, but Tripura’s Rose Valley park and acquiring real estates ran without any hurdles due to CPI-M’s blessings. Rose Valley’s illegally constructed Agartala building escaped Manik Sarkar Govt’s scrutiny as AMC never attempted to demolish the building. As per the Agartala Municipality Council the license was given to Rose Valley Finance Corporation Limited with the license number 12622 which was renewed in 2011 by increasing the validity till 2014.

From  2000 to 2007 the State Govt has distributed the trade license to the Chit fund groups as per its wish. In the mean time, Chit-fund spread like spider-web.

However, Tripura’s another Minister Badal Chowdhury in a mass-gathering told people, not to invest their hard-earned money without judging the Company, but Chief Minister surprisingly didn’t feel anything like Minister Badal Choudhury, resulting crores of deprivations to Tripura people. Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC).

But, record says Manik Sarkar had attended seven programmes of NBFCs. Apart from him PabitraKar, Jiten Chowdhury, Bijita Nath all were very intimate with Rose valley authorities.

Earlier RBI held press meet asking Tripura Govt has failed to submit action taken reports on Non Banking Financial Companies in 2013, even though for name sake the Govt filed cases and raided 40 compnaies.

Based on the suspicious role of the state govt opposition Congress, BJP, TMC raised many questions in CM and Rose Valley's nexus.

No 1 question was : Why Manik Sarkar gave industry land to Rose Valley ? State has not seen any industry-growth and CM has donated industry land to the Rose Valley group of agency. 2nd question is, in CPI-M regime people do not get their license for shops even after crossing a year, but within 20 days various Municipalities had given Rose Valley trade license ? Why so much sympathy for Rose Valley ? And the most important question is why Manik Sarkar inaugurated the Rose Valley park ?

Manik Sarkar has been the chief accused for branding Rose Valley in Tripura telling the people, “740 crores company is Rose Valley and so it must be good”.
