AGARTALA, Nov 1 (TIWN): Tripura Govt is still trying to find out ways to deny the allegations about recruitment corruptions while appointing 10323 teachers. A special notification was released by the state govt to deny 10 allegations including the 10323. But the point which Tripura Govt brought out was : "The Hon’ble High Court nowhere passed any comments on any corruption in the selection process, but had viewed that the revised employment policy and the selection process was not correct and accordingly, directed the State to frame new employment policy". What does it mean ?

In 2002 Tripura Govt too certain interviews and after 8 years they distributed jobs without following any rules and regulations of the ongoing guidelines as if Tripura doesn't come under Indian Constitution. Most important question is : What about primary jobs which were given in 2014 ??

In Clarification Manik Sarkar says in State Portal (Tripura Govt website) published : "The first Recruitment Rules for Assistant Teachers (Primary) was framed on 07/10/1970 and the Recruitment Rules for Assistant Teachers (Secondary) was framed on 26/01/1971 for appointment of teachers under erstwhile Education Department now School Education Department, Government of Tripura. Accordingly, Assistant Teacher (Primary) and Assistant Teacher (Secondary) were recruited as per those RRs till the year 2014. The Right to Education Act, 2009 came in to force w.e.f 01/04/2010 in which minimum educational and professional qualification for teachers has been prescribed. In the intervening period, School Education Department had issued advertisements in 2002, 2006 and 2009 for recruitment of Kokborok, Under Graduate, Graduate and Post Graduate teachers. Accordingly, Interview Boards were constituted as per Revised Employment Policy, 2003.......The  High Court set aside the Employment Policy of 2003 and cancelled the entire selection process".

Tripura Govt again said, " High Court nowhere passed any comments on any corruption in the selection process, but had viewed that the revised employment policy and the selection process was not correct and accordingly, directed the State to frame new employment policy.............In compliance to the Judgment of the High Court, State Government framed new Employment Policy and revised the Recruitment Rules for Under Graduate Teachers in 2014 and Graduate & Post Graduate Teachers in 2016. After constitution of TRBT (Teachers’ Recruitment Board of Tripura), all appointments of teachers are being made in complete compliance with Right to Education Act, 2009 and NCTE (National Council for Teachers Education) guidelines".

Now readers can understand there is no similarity with the yellow and red marked lines stated by Tripura Govt. HC asked to follow guidelines and to form RR in 2014 but what about the jobs which lost in 2014 ?? What about 10323 ?? How the facts can deny the allegations as TET begun for fresh candidates and those who are qualified ?? Such senseless notification if come in printed papers must be sold by making "potlas" to sell nuts.
