AGARTALA, Oct 24 (TIWN): After the hearing of 12000 case, one thing is clear that the 10323 teachers will not be provided with anyother option but have to wait till the final verdict on 12000 case at the SC in 2018's January.
"We don't have any option", said Tapan Chakraborty after the hearing.
With SC has issues another stay order on 12000 non-teaching staffs' recruitment, mass tension has gripped the 10323 teachers once again.
The next hearing of 12,000 non teaching has been postponed to January-16, 2017 at the Supreme Court.
However, Chakraborty also affirmed that no violation of law was done while creating 12,000 posts, but the teachers who will be terminated on Dec 31st must have to wait till the final hearing.
Tapan Chakraborty as another election-lollypop signals to compensate teachers from January 1st to 16 of 2018 as Dec 31st, 2017 is the last date of their teachers' jobs. The Minister also signaled that Tripura Govt will win the case this time.
