AGARTALA, Oct 23 (TIWN): Chief Minister Manik Sarkar led CPI-M Govt heading for another set of massive defeats in Supreme Court as SC's hearing on two sensitive cases scheduled on Tuesday : 12000 non-teaching posts and the SC / ST promotion case. Eventhough Tripura Govt created 12,000 non-teaching posts for the 3 to 5 years teaching experience holders and already have taken interviews, but the it is unable to release the offer letters after Supreme Court has issues stay-order on 12000 recruitments and the hearing will be tomorrow.

The delay game of the state govt has vexed the 10,323 teachers as already it's month of October and they will lose their jobs on Dec 31st as per Supreme Court's direction. With SC has issues a stay order on 12000 non-teaching staffs' recruitment, mass tension has gripped the 10323 teachers once again. The next hearing of 13,000 teachers has been postponed to Oct-24 at the Supreme Court.

1. 12000 psots : Tripura Govt's delay game till 2018 election with the 12,000 posts may turn heavy upon the Govt as the deprived 10,323 teachers will go in massive protest in soon if the teachers are not given jobs in other depts.

Earlier on July month, addressing a press meet, at Matangini Pritilala Hall, the 10,323 teachers said that while announcing those posts 13,000 non-teaching staffs state govt didn't mention clearly anything for whom those posts were created.

Recently Tapan Chakraborty has also said, "We never said 12000 posts are for 10323 teachers".

However, the Teachers to go on massive protest after Oct-24 if the cases are further delayed.

It's worthy to mention here that the Finance Minister BhnaulalSaha told media later that not only 10,323, but any teacher with 3 to 5 years of experience from any Govt recognized school will be able to face the interview. Moreover, the posts that were created some of them are out of world dictionary. All these have created once again much uncertainty among the discontinued 10,323 teachers.

However, like 962 science graduate teachers, Tripura Govt was given a full luxurious option of appointing

2. Reservation case:  On the other side, in November 2014 the then Chief Justice Dipak Gupta had cancelled the promotions which were done illegally through SC / ST reservations. Thus HC on its hearing also said that state govt had followed none of the codes and conducts of the promotion act had been maintained by govt. while promoting the officers. But challenging the HC although Tripura Govt had attempted to save the promoted SC / STs, but it can bring mass demotion to them and also massive embarrassments.

Tapan Chakraborty is holding Law, Education Ministry both and thus tension is boiling in Minister's chamber especially when the both cases are not in Tripura Govt's favour.
