AGARTALA, Oct 22 (TIWN): Transports in Tripura has been heavily disrupted with the water logging over the National Highways following the constant rain fall and flood like situations.
The Agartala-Khowai route has gone under water cutting the City since Chandrapur area.
On the other side Agartala-Udaipur route was fully paused since the morning due to the water flowing over the National Highway heavily.
Apart from National Highways the other routes have also been cut due the water logs across the city, paralyzing normal lives here fully.
Total Gomati Dist has been highly affected due to the rainy environment. Northern Tripura is also heavily affected due to rain.
Damages were informed from South Tripura too. Above 3000 families are now sheltered under flood refugee camps across the state.
