The injured person has been identified as Babul Das, who was inside his shop when the incident happened. 

 

No causality was informed after the incident but local shops and a vehicle was damaged after the tree had been collapsed.

 

This incident has caused traffic jams on that way, although workers have been deployed to fix the path. 

 

Tension has increased on river banks of Agartala, specially among the locals residing on those parts.
