AGARTALA, Oct 14 (TIWN): Even though Tripura CPI-M Govt failed to find out Modi Govt's "Acche Din", still being a part of Northeast region, Tripura has received Rajdhani after being cut of the service since 70 yrs of independence.
Tripura transport minister Manik Dey however denied the claim that Modi Govt is doing better than Congress Govt in case of Connectivity Development in Tripura and said, "This is not a question at all".
"Rajdhani was CPI-M Govt's demand which even after promising by the former Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu it took above 1 year to reach here", said Minister.
However, Dey remained speechless when TIWN further asked Manik Dey, "What about the 70 years of delay to the Rajdhani Express ?"
Later Manik Dey added, "Under Modi Govt, prices have been hiked. If Rajdhani's prices are high than flight, the Rajdhani will be a meaningless service".
However he Rajdhani express has already arrived at Agartala Railway Station on Saturday 3.30 AM centering which a massive gathering was observed at Agartala Railway Station.
