AGARTALA, Oct 12 (TIWN): Congress has been geared up to increase the vote banks by aligning with all other oppositions.

A meeting was held at Congress Bhawan  on Thursday led by PCC Chief Birjit Sinha and discussion was done about upcoming poll-planning.

To beat BJP as the opposition, Congress is to align with Trinamool Party along with IPFT (Rajeshawar Debbarma's team), NCT.  

After the meeting a press conference will be held.

Congress MLA Gopal Roy earlier in a press meet said at Congress Bhawan said, "Congress has no problem to join with the parties which bear secular mindset".
