Thieves set fire in Govt quarter after robbery

SONAMURA, Sep 3 (TIWN): Thieves have looted Sonamura DCM's residence on Saturday night and set the house in fire.
Fire brigade was informed by locals when they saw smokes raising out of the quarter.
DCM Dipraj Roy was not residing in the quarter as he left for his own house on Saturday afternoon.
Fire brigade found that DCM's room's door is broken and identified it as a theft case.
Laptop and various important items have been taken away by the thieves.
Resentment have brewed among the locals as the police is yet clueless about the thieves.
