3 kidnappers arrested by police

SABROOM / MANUBAZAR, Aug 30 (TIWN): Acting on an authenticated information ManuBazar police succeeded to arrest young boys who made an attempt to kidnap a Class-XI girl student reading in Sabroom Girls H S School . It is learnt that three boys namely Babul Ghosh , S/O-Ashutosh Ghosh of Muhuripur , Bappa Pal , S/O- Milan Pal of SSB Para and Bappa Das forcefully kidnapped a girl Shilpi Dey(covered name) , D/O -Bikash Dey(covered name) from near Dolbari area when she was on her way to school .The boys forcibly took her in a car and disappeared.
Suspecting it as a kidnap attempt some people informed the ManuBazar P S and Intelligence officials . From morning police were searching for the girl and the car in which she was being kidnapped .
Meanhile , in the evening the said car was seen near Sabroom SubJail . At once the local people chased it hearing the cry of the girl . Running in full speed the car went away but the people rushed aftet it. When it came near Bhuratali Kalibazar area the car was over turned. The people came to the spot and found the three boys and the girl. The boys were mass beaten and then when the police was informed , police came and took all of them to the police station.
O C Nakul Debbarma of ManuBazar P S informed TIWN that the girl was handed over to her parents. The three kidnappers are now on police custody for interrogation.
