UDAIPUR, Aug 26 (TIWN): Chief Judicial Magistrate of Gomati District, Udaipur, has convicted one accused person namely Sri Nitai Shil (26) S/O Sri Ranjit Shil, of Matabari Paul Para PS R.K.Pur, under Gomati District U/S 435 IPC.
On 03-05-2016, R.K.Pur PS Case No. 2016RKP050 U/S- 435 IPC, was registered on the basis of written compliant of Sri Arjun Paul (38) S/O Bipad Bandhu Paul of Matabari Paul Para, PS R.K.Pur against the accused namely Sri Nitai Shil (26) S/O Sri Ranjit Shil, of Matabari Paul Para PS R.K.Pur, under Gomati District; for causing damage by set fire upon his vehicle Bearing Register No. TR03-0535 Maruti Alto Car & Bearing Register No. TR03B-2208 Auto Rickshaw of complainant on 03-05-2016, in between 0030 hrs. to 0500 hrs. at nearby house of complainant.
During investigation I.O of the case arrested the FIR named A/P and forwarded to Ld. Court. After investigation charge sheet was filed by the I/O SI Bikash Debbarma of R.K.Pur PS on 30-12-2016, against the accused namely Sri Nitai Shil (26) S/O Sri Ranjit Shil, of Matabari Paul Para PS R.K.Pur, under Gomati District, U/S 435 IPC vide R.K.Pur PS C/S No. 82/2016.
The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Sri Nitai Shil (26) is guilty and sentenced him to suffer imprisonment already under gone and to pay fine of Rs- 500/- in default to pay to suffer simple imprisonment for 15 (fifteen) days for the commission of offence punishable U/S- 435 IPC. The convict is in jail from 19-05-2017 to till today.
