AGARTALA, Aug 24 (TIWN): Congress on Thursday held a meeting at the party office centering Rajib Gandhi Panchayat Raj Sangathan.

Congress National Leader Kunal Banerjee had chaired the meeting.

RGPRS is a platform to build national consciousness regarding devolution of power to the people at the grassroots by expanding their political opportunities and participation in Panchayati Raj and Urban Local Bodies.
