AGARTALA, Aug 17 (TIWN): After Tripura ICA Minister Bhanulal Saha called it's almost an emergency situation that DD has asked CM to shorten his speech, now Sitaram Yechury in a press meet said, "It's worst than Indira Gandhi's Prime Ministry time. He is an elected CM. How his speech can be asked for re-shape".
"I don't like to recall those episodes of Emergency time of Indira Gandhi's times but we all Anti-BJP parties should join hands to tackle the emergency situation", said Yechury.
"A pre-recorded speech by a Chief Minister was not shown. What's going on in the country ?", said Yechury.
"This is not permissible. We need to fight back for the rights of the states", said Yechury.
However, CPI-M leaders and ICA Dept skipped CM's most sensitive hateful talks against "Go-Raksha" and communal-violence talks about Killings, Bloodsheds on the auspicious occasion of I-Day.
