AGARTALA, Aug 15 (TIWN): After unfurling the national flag amid national anthem, infront of dignitaries, above 3500 children at Red Fort Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing the nation on nation's independence day said, “The ongoing Natural Disaster has become a challenge and we need to face and overcome. Whereas a good monsoon helps the nation in growth and prosperity, but weather changes are signs of dangers†“In last few days many parts of the state is undergoing natural disasters and we need to overcome it. Apart from natural disasters, the recent deaths of children in hospital is also a tragedy. We together need to fight against such dangersâ€, said PM Modi. The Prime Minister at the beginning of his speech had started with this particular point when Northeastern states are being suffered from tremendous natural disturbances.
However, the Prime Minister also stressed upon the 5 years challenges that the Govt of India is determined to do, calling the young generation to come forward. “The youths who born in 21st century, you have got the opportunity to shape India. On behalf of India, you all are invited to make your own country”, said Modi.
Hitting upon the terrorism, PM Modi said, “Regarding Kashmir issue many dialogues are given but we know what to do. No softness with terrorism indeed”.
The Prime Minister cites historical examples to mean the importance of determination to achieve goals. “If you believe in your mind, then nothing can stop you. Either in army or in any profession you need to mix nationalism with your work just as the Indian did in pre-independence time. From teachers to farmers all dedicated themselves for country’s freedom”, said PM.
