AGARTALA, Aug 12 (TIWN) Ahead of 71st independence day of country, Border Security Force (BSF) and Boarder Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have exchanged sweets at Akhaura Border.

Along with the nation Tripura will also observe 71st Independence Day on August 15.  Preparation is on the full swing to observe the  Independence Day in great enthusiasm and national fervor.

According to program schedule the day would dawn with special tributes to the freedom fighters for the integrity, solidarity and development of India. The 15th August is a national holiday in India.
