AGARTALA, July 29 (TIWN): After all when it come about Govt office works the employees hardly care for customer’s agonies, neither the employees bother to stay up to mark with the competitive world and same is happening with Tripura BSNL service.

The employees go for strike every week demanding salary and pension hike there but when it comes for work it’s just a job to count the money at the end of the month.

Since 15 days the land phone service of Agartala’s jail road, Math Chowmuhani area has been dead, but after calling, going to the BSNL main office also the job can not be done by them. After 5 days of complaint, when a BSNL worker comes, he says, ‘checking is done. It will take some more time’.

As a result customers are suffering from ‘no service’ whereas BSNL monthly bills have to be paid.

The workers neither know to work properly, nor they can stand before the private telecommunication workers.

Doesn’t matter how much central govt pushing for telecommunication development in the country, but the quality has remained low when it comes for govt service by employees.

May be that’s the reason, employees are afraid of privatization of BSNL as they can not even face before the competitive world.

A large number of BSNL customers, have cut their land phones long back but when it comes about offices people till day use land line.

The horrible service providing here in Tripura is generating resentment among the customers.
