Tripura BJP State President Biplab Deb, as part of election campaigning visited every nook and corner of Tripura in last one month. However, Biplab Deb was shocked to see the pathetic condition of ADC areas cut of all facilities, where in a village children found who do not even know what is called "Bulb"; forget about electricity. Students were entering schools by climbing on the boundary walls as teachers time and schedule is never fixed there. Calling a press meet, Biplab Deb tried to reflect on some issues and the lifestyles of the ADC people via video clippings. Addressing the press meet, Deb said, "In last 15 days BJP members had been visiting various booths and per booth we stayed for 3 days sometimes. But the scenario I saw at ADC, just horrified me. Even African Jungles would be better than some places of Tripura ADC". "I understood, why the people of ADC people have learnt about peculiar terms as "Bhmui-Putra".

"I am Biplab Deb; I born at Udaipur Hospital. So I am also "Bhumi Putra". But CPI-M's dangerous separation policy has developed such terms to gain political benefits", said Deb. Instead of polluting their mentality, why Govt could not develop the ADC areas with minimum facilities ? They have nothing. Neither cable line, nor newspaper....... nothing is in demand there. Except CPI-M they never knew if there is any opposition party called Congress", Deb added.

"They have no electricity connection and the areas which connected by Electricity are suffered from low voltage and if in night 8 PM the power goes, it comes 2 days after and again goes. Is this development. 31 % fund of the budget should be used for ADC development, but till day the Govt couln't reach out of 15 % amid 27 MDCs and 19 of ST MLAs", Deb said.

The BJP leader further claimed that planwise the rapes, murders are done to the indigenous people. Out of all the BJP activists were raped the 99 % were from tribal families.

Visiting a school at Basant Tilla Deb showed via video clipping in the press conference how the schools conditions are. The roof of the school was damaged in storm before two months and till day has not been repaired. At Reang Ramdhan Para people have not seen electricity till day.

The leader further questioned on the poor passing percentage of ADC students and asked, "Why till day no school has given under ADC but kept under Tripura Govt ? Why out of 31 % funds only 15 % funds of the budget is used for ADC ? Why till day Lokayukta  has not been formed in ADC ?"

Blasting other oppositions, Deb said, "The people in some places do not know even about Congress's existence in Tripura. Such situations were enjoyed by the CPI-M till day that helped them to stay in power for long".

The leader also claimed that CPI-M will not get a single seat in ADC in 2018, if BJP can work properly and reach out every houses at ADC.
