AGARTALA, July 28 (TIWN): CPI-M's wing CITU has voiced against the pathetic road condition of Agartala City.

A deputation was also placed in this regard to the AMC Mayor Prafullajit Sinha by CITU on Friday.

Total about 4 road's complaints were brought under notice of the AMC.

Agartala roads have been fully collapses in most of the important zones of the city, resulting massive traffic jam and high chances of accidents.

The Battala road towards drop gate has gone in its worst shape fueled by the ongoing flyover construction work. Due to lack of alternative roadways, govt is also unable to take the work in hand that turned the lifelines just pathetic.

However, CITU's complaints were basically with the Aralia roads where the drivers are facing hardtimes in travelling.
