AGARTALA/ MELAGHARH, July 27 (TIWN): After Sonamura, now one more road is on the verge of destruction at Melagharh’s Takmachara area.

With the water level increasing of river Gomati the raod has been collapsing in faster manner, but the authority has no concern about it.

The nearby bridge also left in pathetic shape can lead serious accident anytime. The local auto drivers agitating over the conditions had blocked the road for a long time demanding speedy recovery of the ways.

Resentment has brewed among the local people at there. However, the SDO of PWD of Melagharh Raja Das is unready to accept that this road damaging has any connection with maintenance as it has been affected by river’s water due to constant rains.
