AGARTALA, July 21 (TIWN): CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar once said, "There is no need of a Governor's post in India". Bijan Dhar said this after in a programme, Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy supporting demonetization said that 'I personally believe that demonetization was a good decision by Central Govt'. Bijan Dhar issuing Governor's statement said why Governor is supporting Modi Govt's decision unless he is biased to BJP, RSS. However, with Thursday's significant decision led by Governor that implemented section-144 at Baramura; within few hours, all the massive jams over National Highway, Railway by separates were made clear and that proved the importance of being a strict Governor. The CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar and Goutam Das delivered their shocking , hateful speech against Tathagata Roy accusing him for “misusing his post as the state Governor".

Calling him an RSS agent ruling over Tripura, Bijan Dhar mentioned, “Tathagata Roy is nothing but a RSS agent, We demanded earlier also, there is no necessity of a Governor in state. A Governor can be selected by election”.

However, now, Dhar must has understood the value of a Governor's post that helps people in emergency, when corruption, politically blind govt turns the state’s transports as paralyzed. Governor not only withdraw the illegal strike over national highway, but has also warned everyone that such lawless situation must not arise in the state in future.
