MELAGHAR, July 18 (TIWN): A disabled youth diagnosed with Peraplegai with Cerebral Pulsy is being denied of all govt as well as administrative help .

Bipad Debnath, S/O-Jogedra Debnath of Vill & P.O - Laxman Dhepa , Melaghar under Sepahijala District has been declared as 90% disabled with Locomoter Disability by the District Disability Medical Board of West Tripura on 26/11/2016 . The disabiity certificate was issued by Dr Dipti Bikash Roy declaring both legs of Bipad as the affected parts. 

Till date Bipad is yet to get even a disability allowance simply because of political ground , said TIWN sources. He cannot even walk without being assisted by others .
