AGARTALA, July 13 (TIWN): After much propaganda about BJP, IPFT nexus by CPI-M and Congress, BJP State Tripura Indigenous Leaders Chairman Jishnu Devbarma finally exposing CPI-M and its yearlong nexus with N C Debbarma announced that a separate land is never possible but soon the power-diversion among State Council and Autonomous Dist Council (to be converted into Autonomous State Council) will be done by the Central Govt for the sake of developing ADC areas across Tripura. Also Central Minister of Health & Family Welfare for State Faggan Sigh Kulaste has written a letter to Jual Oram, the Central Minister of Tribal Affairs in this regard, said Jishnu Devbarma in the press meet on Thursday afternoon. In the letter given to Oram by Kulaste on June 24, 2017, he wrote, "The leaders of Janajati Tripura has demanded that the Tribal Autonomous Dist Council will be converted into Tribal Autonomous State Council so as to give more autonomy and to preserve distinguished socio-cultural identity of the indigenous people of Tripura".

In the letter 16 unique criteria were mentioned once ADC turns State Council including 1) Direct funding to the Autonomous  State,  2) Education upto University level, 3) Kokborok to be included in the 8th schedule of the constitution of India, 4) traditional medicine and alternative treatment system research institute for indigenous people etc. However, more demands as Agartala Airport's name to be converted into Maharaja Bir Bikram Manikya Airport, giving highest civilian award of "Bharat Ratna" to Lt. Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya etc.

Addressing the press conference, Devbarman said, "ADC has left undeveloped since the beginning even after 19 tribal MLAs are there. It's CPI-M's policy to deprive ADC and continue a clash to among tribal and Bengalis with various non-issues. NC Debbarma and CPI-M has yearlong close relation to sustain the violence in the state".

Jishnu Devbarman also exposed Manik Sarkar for his statement in 1992 about ADC where Manik Sarkar says.... "to identify people came after 1971 must be treated as foreigners and after identifying as Bangladeshi foreigner.....must be.... pushed back as early as possible"This statement was placed by CPI-M, before all party state committee on 26th Feb. 1992.

However, the BJP tribal leader also asked, BJP is very new but whenever CPI-M was in power terrorism has been there in the state.
