AGARTALA, July 11 (TIWN): 4 Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarters 21 Sector Assam Rifles organised a Weapon and equipment display for the students of Assam Rifles Public School Kunjaban, Agartala today. A total of 1065 students and 53 teaching staff witnessed the Weapon and Equipment display which is a part of series of motivational and educative measures launched by 4 Assam Rifles.

The Officers of 4 Assam Rifles also had an interaction with the students and the students were made aware of the career potentials in the Armed forces. They were motivated to join NCC, told the merits of earning a 'C' Certificate and also the various schemes for selection.

The Display was warmly welcomed by the teaching staff & students of ARPS Agartala. Pamphlets giving information about various entries to Armed Forces were also distributed to the students and teachers. At the end 4 Assam Rifles was highly appreciated for guiding the youth of Agartala.
