AGARTALA, July 7 (TIWN):Blasting the left front govt for looting funds from every depts Dr Ashok Sinha said, 'CPI-M art of theft is outstanding'.

Mentioning about opening a Regional College of Nursing in readymade Hapania Medical College building with Rs. 61.84 crores, Sinha said, 'CPI-M's craft of looting is excellent  & thus when it asked NEC to open an regional Nursing College, it said that inside TMC premise the College will be built.....!!  But TMC & BRAM is Private College according to Badal Babu. How Regional College can be made there then ? The art of theft is just to enjoy by sitting at home, eating & looting" ! 

The issue was raised after CPI-M had continued a double game with TMC even after High  Court's verdict. To grab hefty amounts of admission fees govt says it's a private college but from appointing doctors, professors to loans giving from state budget....... all are done by the state govt.
