AGARTALA, July 3 (TIWN): Whereas Congress remained silent about Tripura daily newspaper Pratibadi kalam’s banning by the state govt, but to hold protest against the Central Govt for putting media under tax.

In this regard Tripura Congress will hold a protest on July 8 at Agartala, Circuit house.

PCC Chief Birjit Sinha announced this in a press meet at Congress Bhawan.

During the press conference Sinha also said that Congress strictly opposing IPFT and its strike.
