Hundreds of staffs, peons, calss-4 employees witnessed this shameful incident at Civil Secretariat. Minister Bijita Nath is the chief accused among the ruling Govt for her active involvement in Rose Valley chit fund scam, who not only allegedly took bribe from the company but also was an agent of it. On July 24, it was leaked that CBI to begin interrogation of former Rose Valley agent, Tripura Chief Minister’s right hand Minister Bijita Nath on June 29,2017 at Minister’s Agartala residence as informed by CBI’s East Zone HQ Kolkata office in an official communication to State Govt. Since the morning on Thursday, media was eyeing at her residence but her place was changed and atlast at Civil Secretariat the interrogation took place.

CBI East Zone hit Tripura Social Welfare Minister Bijita Nath with Rose Valley scam charges and found her active involvement in Rose Valley pozi scam. In a letter Bijita Nath was informed by CBI (Kolkata Office), "Whereas it appears that you are acquainted with the circumstances of the case noted below.... which I (CBI) am now investigating in Chap-XII of the case of criminal procedure, you are hereby require to make yourself available on June-29 at 10 AM in your official residence located at Agartala for the purpose of answering certain questions relating to the case". However, the interrogation took place at Secretariat.
