AGARTALA, June 24 (TIWN): Ahead of Eid, 3 live bombs have been recovered at Agartala, near the oldest mosque named Gedu Mia Masjid, lining Chittaranjan Club, increased the tension among the common people here. In the morning, local people found a sack left in mysterious way near by the mosque. They immediately informed the police giving an alter about it. Police rushed to the spot and informed bomb squad team. Bomb squad team arrived the spot and immediately had shifted the bombs from ther. Such an incident has created panic across Shiv Nagar area. The security has been tightened further to ensure the safety, said police. From political angel the issue has been seen to tiger violence and to create a Hindu Muslim riot intentionally ahead of poll. Police is further investigating the case.

Later, the bombs were taken to by-pass road for further checking.  Security has been beefed up across the Capital City, TIWN reported.
