AGARTALA, June 16 (TIWN): For the first time, Tripura BJP along with the whole country will celebrate International Yoga Day on June 21st.

Babul Supriyo Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises will be present on that occasion.

Addressing a press conference BJP State President Biplab Deb said, "Yoga has been taken to the International level with the attempts of PM Narendra Modi and the whole world now recognizes India for promoting its unique Yoga-therapy".

Across the state, in every booths Yoga Day to be observed with full enthusiasm", said the party President.

International Day of Yoga or commonly and unofficially referred to as Yoga Day is celebrated across the globe.

The first International Day of Yoga was observed world over on 21 June 2015. The Ministry of AYUSH made the necessary arrangements in India.
