AGARTALA, June 10 (TIWN): Sitrama Yuchury after expressing much panics about army’s bullets at Kashmir for counterattacking “innocent stone throwers”, now Yechury finally expressed much concerns about bullets that killed 5 persons in MP, whereas it has been well known that the riot was created with Congress and left Front funding. Recently Yechury Posted in his social media : “Is firing the only response to all protests in the BJP regime? Plus Internet shutdowns and clampdown on information. Internet shutdown. Without NaMo app, how will farmers convey grievances to the silent PM, who's only concerned about deaths in foreign lands?” After that Yechury was beaten at New Delhi on last Wednesday after the completion of politburo meeting. A group of four people tried to manhandle Sitaram Yechury at the AKG Bhavan in the national capital on Wednesday afternoon. The police have nabbed two of the attackers.

However, the CPI-M General Secretary Sitaram Yechury on Saturday accused the BJP-led central government of turning farming into a "loss-making profession" and meeting farmers' genuine grievances with "bullets".

"The essential point is this: We are not remunerating farmers adequately for their labour and produce. The BJP instead, is meeting their genuine grievances with bullets," Yechury wrote in a Facebook post on Saturday, referring to the protests in Madhya Pradesh in which six farmers were killed in police firing.  Farmers have been protesting in Madhya Pradesh for debt waiver and hike in crop prices.

"The Minimum Support Price (MSP) is low, and Modi government has stopped state-level bonus. Market prices, lower than MSP, make farming a loss-making profession," the Facebook post read.
