SONAMURA, June 4 (TIWN): With the consistent rains of few hours a major portion of Sonamura, including offices have gone under water, disrupting the normal lives at there.

This condition has gripped SDPO Office, SB Office, but the Municipality is reluctant to take any initiative to solve the issue.

Locals alleged that due to water discharging machines' non-functional condition this situation has been developing.

Presently many offices and police stations as well as market areas have gone under rain water.

If the rain continues like this, then the situation may turn worse.
