AGARTALA, April 29 (TIWN): In a tragic accident 2 bikers were seriously injured at Ambasa when a police vehicle hit them.

Reportedly on Saturday at around 2 PM near PWD Office the incident took place that left 2 persons in critical condition.

The injured persons have been identified as : Nimai Rishi Das from Longtarai, Chailengta and Sukanta Das at Kamalpur.

One of the injured persons is a TSR Jawan, TIWN reported. Police brought allegation that the bikers were in drunken condition, however nothing can be said clearly in this purpose.

Also it was reported after they were referred to GB Hospital from Kulai Hospital one of them died.
