AGARTALA, April 28 (TIWN): Viswa Hindu Parishad (VHP) along with Bajrang Dal on April-30 will organize a massive rally infront of Rabindra Bhawan.
Talking to the media on Friday, VHP Sanghathan Mahamantri Purna Chandra Mandal said that on 30th April following a colourful rally in disciplinary manner they will gather together and a huge number of participants are expected there.
Apart from that Mandal also said that a 7 day long training programme has been ended successfully at Champamura under Khayerpur centre.
During the training programme atleast 300 workers were given training about physical and moral education along with other training programmes as a part of yearly activity.
Stressing the history, the VHP leader said that in 1984 when 50,000 Hindus converted into other religions then VHP had created a new organization named Bajrang Dal.
Interacting with media about cattle smuggling, VHP leader Purna Chandra Mandal said not only here but at J&K also the earlier govt attempted to seize Hindu rights by showing brutality to cows. Bajrang Dal thus is determined to stop illegal cattle smuggling as it directly affects the agriculture.
‘The main reason behind poisonous food is declining of agriculture with increasing cow slaughtering. Already many of our friends were arrested, they were put in jail but if it’s a service to our mother land we do not bother to go to jail’, Mandal added.
