AGARTALA, April 27 (TIWN): After STPI inauguration held on Tuesday, Tripura CM once again avoidedNational Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) Centre inauguration programme at AgartalaBodhhungnagar just because Central IT Minister was there to inaugurate the programme ? CM's double about Digital Economy had proved many times and Chief Minister's absence at Wednesday's programme was intentional, proven with his 3 day long activity. Chief Minister was present at Indranagar IT Bhawan Inauguration programme but on Monday but the Central Minister was not present there. But, on Tuesday and Wednesday the Chief Minister had consistently remained absent after Central IT Minister Prem Prakash Chaudhury arrived from New Delhi. Arrogance of CM was also observed during Udaipur-Agartala railway inauguration programme when Union Railway Minster criticized about CM's absent at Agartala Railway Station.

However, either UPA or NDA no Central Minister could make Tripura Govt happy till day. However, as per the orators details speech it has been reported Tripura CM gave time to them, talked to them once and gave moral support to the NIELIT chiefs. But CM's so called moral support which is rather a 'help whose effect is psychological rather than physical', has failed to build up industries in Tripura after 24 yrs of regime.

On the other hand Industry Minister Tapan Chakraborty cried over from fund issue to internet problem while delivering speech. The fund issue about 90 : 10 which the central govt already giving was unnecessary to stress at there, but the Minister on behalf of Tripura Govt raised.

In reply the Central Minister asked Tripura Govtatleast to take some lessons from Nagaland and do something by their own. 'There are 5000 BPO seats for Northeast and Nagaland created their own seats', said the Minister.

The Minister also said building construction and infrastructure making is not enough as with passage of time the regular maintenance of infrastructure, development of infrastructure as well as polishing knowledge are much important. From cyber knowledge to formal informal knowledge, vivid research is needed so that new-new technology can be created by the IT youths.
