AGARTALA, April 22 (TIWN): A continuous rain since morning has disrupted normal lives in the Capital City Agartala and other subdivisions heavily.
Office hours became pathetic when Agartala City was almost flooded due to water logging. From office worker to students all sheltered under umbrella and school / colleges were also disrupted due to the rain.
Cloudy weather is expected to prevail for next 24 hours in the state. However, rain has also hit other subdivisions.
Normal life in the states capital came to a halt as torrential rains wreaked havoc in the city to disruption of traffic movement services that left thousands of commuters stranded.
Apart from Agartala, other subdivisons conditions are also same. National Highways have turned pathetic due to the half done double lane work.
